The Truffle Muffin

Ingredients

  • 1 sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 English Muffin
  • 1 generous dollop of Truffle Ketchup

  • Method

  • Remove the sausage meat from the casing and form into a pattie. Cook for 5-10 minutes and fry your egg in a little truffle oil.
  • Toast a muffin and melt a slice of cheese onto the base. Build your McTruffle Muffin with a sausage pattie, fried egg and Truffle ketchup
